Hi, I’m Erik,
a documentary wedding photographer based in Slovakia.

I was born and raised in Slovakia. My story with photography began in 2005 when I got my first compact camera. I started to document life during my students years.

In 2012 I finished a master degree in material engineering and moved to Prague where I worked in the field for 2 years. Always trying to balance my job and hobby.

In 2014 a breaking point came. I left my life in Prague and moved to Sydney, seeking change. It came, and with it the best decision I ever made – I was going to merge my work and passion and become a professional photographer.

Since then I am working with lovely couples documenting their special day with a focus on capturing the natural essence of the moments.
Apart from shooting weddings, my niche is street photography, due to its candid approach.

It would be my pleasure to document the most important moments in your life and be part of them.
I’d be happy to travel all around the globe as I did in Switzerland, Germany and the Czech Republic.
